Outstanding Experience – Truly Exceptional Service! We had an amazing stay, and I cannot praise the staff enough. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with professionalism and genuine care by every team member—from security and the front office to housekeeping, room service, and the restaurant staff. During our two week trip in Bangladesh we stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Gulshan on two separate occasions. Both times we experienced exceptional service from all members of staff. We had some issues with one of the rooms in our first stay, however housekeeping resolved this immediately and followed up with us to ensure we were comfortable and happy. The staff at breakfast provided excellent hospitality and ensured our needs were meet, preparing any of special requests we had. Isha in particular was lovely to have a quick chat with in the mornings ! A huge shoutout to front desk, as this was my first visit to Bangladesh in over 20 years naturally we had many family members dropping by to say Hi, Front Desk were particularly understanding with this and accommodated our every request in regards to our visitors. Overall the hotel was very clean and calm, in the middle of Gulshan but personally I found our rooms to be quiet and peaceful, the general area was nice to navigate by foot, with some nice coffee shops and boutiques within walking distance . The swimming pool was very clean and not deep(so good for non- swimmers too)

The staff were wonderfully kind and were willing to go out of their way to assist in any way, while being conversational and interested in you at the same time. The swimming pool was heated and had a beautiful view.

The staff was so kind and friendly! When we arrived we had a room upgrade and they proposed a late check out. The day we left, while we were waiting to go to the airport, they proposed to use the swimming pool and offered two drinks at the bar. They also helped us to change some money to pay our Uber! Everyone was so helpful, especially Imran.

This hotel is very comfortable and quiet, which is impressive given its location in the middle of Gulshan 2. The rooms are well-appointed; there is a rooftop pool (relatively quiet!); good in-house restaurants (that will make you something special if you require it!); and excellent staff. The breakfast is the best - the staff go out of their way to remember your preferences (and even hunted down soy milk for me!! Not easy in Dhaka!). I've stayed here twice now and have also booked my next stay there.

Breakfast was great and the staff were very obliging to provide anything we requested. There was a clean pool on the roof and a gym which we use every day. The hotel staff overall were very helpful. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable

Amazing! So many choices. Loved the Eggs Benedict! The staff were super friendly and cared for me. I felt like a Queen! I appreciated the system you have in place for indicating “Please do not disturb”. Felt safe

Really comfortable bed and pillow. Real coffee from beans for breakfast, unlike most hotels in Dhaka that serve only Nescafe. The gym was nice but too hot (temperature set to 27 degrees), I wish I could regulate the AC when using the gym. Breakfast was tasty.
